Just yesterday, Six Flags Magic Mountain announced the ride Colossus will close mid-August. They say it is making way for a bigger, better attraction. This can mean 2 things:
1) New Coaster. Goliath Clone? Completely new ride? Who knows.
2) Iron Colossus. Everyone was speculating this. Wooden vs. Steel? Steel Alone? I don't know. Only the officials know.
All we know is that Colossus will close mid-August to make way for another attraction.
