Going to Dollywood for the first time

I am going to Dollywood soon for the first time. I will only be there for a day so I want to get the most out of my visit there that I can. I plan on going on all of the roller coasters and also seeing the NRCMA exhibit there. Any tips that could help me get the most out of my visit and get in the most rides in as possible? Are there any ticket packages or discounts for Dollywood? Thanks.

Since you'll only be there for a day, you may be able to find coupons locally that may get you a little off of admission. I'd also recommend getting a Q2Q pass (Flash Pass), as it's only $15. If you're there just for credits, then it should only take a few hours, but if you want to enjoy the park, I'd spend the full day.

If you were going for more than a day, I'd recommend the Dollywood Vacations package. If you stay in one of their cabins or properties, you get free parking and a length of stay pass. The cabins are reasonably priced for their rated occupancy. The length of stay pass is a day admission (no discount), but you can use it for the entire time you're staying at one of their properties. It's really a great park regardless of what you do and you should find it enjoyable. Thunderhead is the best coaster there.
