I never heard of another one except Demon unless you count the Ring of Fire as a roller coaster. lol

The X Coaster at Magic Springs got stuck upside down a few years ago.

In the case of Demon, a wheel assembly broke and cause an excessive amount of friction. In this case, the frictional force was greater than the weight of the train.
In the case of X-Coaster, the lift ends up-side down and there was a power outage at a very unfortunate moment for the people on the ride.
The sad part is that was filmed even after that part of the ride was rebuilt to make the elements smaller to prevent it from stalling. Jubilee Odyssey was horribly designed, it used to stall all the time. I remember when it was built the stalling problem was hilarious because it was the same time that the DejaVu's were built, for some reason at that time Vekoma had an issue making suspended coasters that could actually make it through the circut.
