Ahh, life is good! The Bulls won again. Maybe i'll start watching them again if they win.
I quit midway thru the circus trip because we were 0-6 and i've never seen us start that bad
I really wish Skiles would quit...or at least learn your going to lose a lead if you got 5 players who aren't scorers on the floor at the same time. Duhon, Chandler, Williams, Nocioni and Davis was our lineup for half the 4th quarter tonight vs. the Wizards. And instead of winning by 10...the Bulls end up losing by 10.
I know what you mean... At times I like Skiles, but tonight he made some stupid decisions (well Hinrich not playing alot wasnt his fault, he was in foul trouble). They played hard tonight but blew it in the 4th, which was the Skiles fault.
Bears WIN! What a great victory. Hutchingston in his first start of the year was awesome. And the defense was back to normal with Urlacher back. Great win. Hutchingston threw 3 TDs, I cant remember the last time I saw a Bear with that many.
Wow that Bear's game was something special. It's unbelievable we're still in the playoff hunt with a 5-7 record. But I think wer could easily go 4-0 or 3-1 if they keep playing like this. If that gets them in the playoffs, I dont know...
Nomar is back with the Chicago Cubs for at least another year. He signed a 1 year deal worth $8 million plus incentives. This is great news for Cubs fans .
How could that've been the worst fire ever? No one died and few suffered smoke inhalation. The firefighters made sure it wasn't the worst fire ever and that no one died. I was suprised however, at how they let the fire grow to the 30th floor, if they didn't stop it soon, the whole building wou;d've been on fire!
Acually last year (or maybe earlier this year) there was a huge blaze that was 5 alarms with X amount of extra alarms. This was the worst fire since the chicago fire. It was just a warehouse so there wasn't many injuries.
It was sort of alarming to me because when my dad called from his firestation, he said Chicago was on fire. I guess I misheard him.
This is very sad, and it really hits me hard, especially because my dad could be put in the exact same situation in an instant.
Also, everyone please keep all the soldiers and marines in your prayers. My cousin(who is a marine) lost 2 of his friends and almost lost his own in a recent suicide bombing at his camp.
Dejavu the ride, Indeed it is important to remember the troops. I've written a few letters (I've wanted to send care packages, but there are no close by post offices) to the active soldiers over there. Websites like Adopt a Soldier will be able to get you more info.
Remeber, even if you dont agree with why they are there, support the men and women who put their lives on the line every hour of the day.
Hey, criminal charges have been filed against 5 NBA players and 5 fans, including 1 class 1 felony against a fan who threw the chair.
... Martin said Ron Artest, Stephen Jackson, David Harrison and Anthony Johnson each were being charged with one count of assault and battery, a 93-day misdemeanor. ...
... Assault and battery carries a maximum penalty of 93 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. Felonious assault carries up to four years' imprisonment. ...
Good, they ALL need a good 93 days to sit in jail and think about what they did. I do hope that the court system does not go easy on them because they are NBA stars.
The Pacers players won't spend a day in jail trust me.
Technically Bond's did not lie he just said that he didn't know that there was steroids in the creams. He might have been lying but there is no evidence of it.
