Red sox suck!
How they beat the yankees I don't know.

As for Bush winning with the MTV thing, Believe it or not, this really isn't helping either candidaye as Bush should get around 45% of the 18-25 vote, Kerry will get about 47%, and other parties will get about 2% each

It just shows how a voting shift could occur in the next few years. (That is if people actually go out and vote.)

Laughing My [butt] Off...but what does that have to do with anything?

the thing about mock votes is that they're unscientific. even if they do correctly pick the winner, its by pure chance only.

speaking of elections and seeing as how most of the people here are from IL, did anyone know that there are two other candidates for senate? I only found out when I was polled on the phone the other day.

No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.

I don't need no walls around me
I don't need no drugs to calm me
I have seen the writing on the wall
Don't think I'll need anything at all
All in all it was all just bricks in the wall
All in all you were all just bricks in the wall

That, my friends, has nothing to do with anything.

Tim Couch doesn't want to be a backup, he is still under contract with Green Bay, and week 6 is coming up (trade deadline), The pack want to keep him so I don't know what we're thinking because I can't see any way of getting him, but who knows?

He is not under contract with the Packers. They cut him after the preseason before Week 1. He is free to sign with whatever team he wishes. He couldn't even make the No. 3 spot on the Packers depth chart thats pretty bad. Have fun with Couch if you sign him, he's all yours .

Why is that when the Bears finally found a great QB in Grossman that he has to get injured? Now we're just back to square one witht the crappy quarterback carousel.

Why is it whenever the Packers have one good week on defense they decide they can take the next 3 weeks off? I hope this cycle doesn't repeat itself tomorrow.

NIU wins 59-34. Great offense, but the defense kinda sucked. Our record improved to 6-2.

I have now been awake for 28.5 hours. Hey, it's a new record! *slowly goes insane* Yar, I must be insane. I just saw a rainbow colored ghost hop from the bathroom to the bedroom across the hall.

EDIT: Ugh, 31 hours. I thought the hallucinations weren't supposed to start until 72 hours though... gaaaaaaahh...

I don't know what they're talking about. I've gotten a full night's sleep for the past 3 years at college. I could have stayed up all night and I know people who have, but I haven't. well, I was up till 8 in the morning drinking with my friends one time, but we just slept all day after that.
