New concrete footers at CP!

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

For those going soon take the train ride from the front station to the mean streak station and you get a REALLY good view of the site.

Thanks for the tip. I am heading out to CP in 2 weeks, so I will try to remember to take some pics.

Im going to say this this is going to be an Intamin Looper, like that Collosus ride overseas.

I am changing my previous stance on this topic since we now know its Intamin track that has arrived.

They only reason i see for them announcing it already is if they are going to be starting vertical construction soon. Which, if that is the case, means it will be an enormous ride!

There is a teaser that says “Ya’ll up for some serious sidewindin’?” That reminds me of the Hershey Park add for Storm Runner.

It could be the prototype Intamin was working on. Their own 4-D coaster, that would fit the new teasers and the past ones too.

It kind a look like the 4d their building in Japan but it looks like they might make it taller than the Japanese one but then again I could be wrong. Does anyone knows when its going to open?

The one in Japan is a Arrow 4 rail track. No one knows when it will be open or what it is.

Intamin is a totally different 4-D than arrow, something to keep in mind.

the cars are freeflipping, and the ride itself (at least their test model) was rather small, just a simple loop (uses lims for acceleration). I'm not 100% sure if those cars can navigate turns of any sort

^Well, with that in mind, I don't think it is going to be a 4D. I guess i'm still gonna say a rocket or an Aqua Trax by Intamin. Has anyone been able to find anything from Sandusky's records. They had to have gotten a design approved before construction, is there any way of finding that out?

It can be a Mega-looper from Intamin and break the inversion record. It can also be an Intamin Invert, but I doubt that one. There a few different things it could be right now. :?:

Just a guess...

Image

BRAKE RUN

STATION/TRANSFER

LAUNCH

TOP HAT & TURN

Or it could be just the opposite and have an ending like MF. It would launch where i have the transfer/brake run now and then turn left into the pond, make a tight turn a round, and go into some type of hill .

I say that they BLUE is going to be a turning drop
The GREEN and RED are going to be 2 straight loops
The YELLOW is going to have a 0 g-roll

Also, the layout looks to include interlocking corkscrews
Then in the mid around the mass of footers will have a boomerang turn

Then it will probably have 5 more inversions somewhere within the circuit making it the coaster with the most inversions of 11.
