Six Flags Fiesta Texas had a running theme with all their coasters until Tony Hawks Big Spin was added. What was the running theme with all their coasters?

In 2009, Xcellerator at Knott's Berry Farm lacerated a 12 year old's leg and sent another man to the hospital. What caused the incident?

A cable broke during the launch. It threw debris which caused the injuries to the boy. Im not really clear on how the man with back pain was hurt from this.
