But seriously, I never experienced any shakiness before the MCBR, I always thought that was one of the smoothest parts of the ride. I've been on the red train a lot this season actually.

I think the smoothest coasters to me have been every B&M coaster i have ridden in opening year and thus far, the only one that stayed just as smooth as when it opened was Superman!
The other coaster that i thought was really smooth was the Roller Soaker and Pteranodon Flyer, both are single rail suspended coasters and both don't feel like they have a track at all. And lightning Racers at Hershey are by far the smoothest wooden coasters ever!

Kraken, Montu, and Sheikra are also all very smooth. Kumba is mostly smooth, but can get a little shaky!
