My obligatory answer: After the second lift hill on the Beast, right when you go into the tunnel.

Space Mountain has a few good ones. Gemini has a really good one. Top Thrill Dragster has a good one when you're twisting down, it looks like your going to hit you head on the support. However, you have to be sitting on the left side to really get the whole effect and you have to look to the side also, which is a challange because your pushed back into your seat.
