I will be going to Dollywood in March or April. Wild Eagle will be credit #250. Obviously I will be going to SFGAm a few times this year, though probably less than 2011.
Possible
I'm applying for a job at Cedar Point this season, so if I get the job, obviously I'll be going to Cedar Point. I would also definitely go to Kings Island and Kennywood in this scenario.
disney had 0 people this time a year everything was a walk on. I rode space mountain about 6 times and was blessed with a 0 wait time on expedition everest for a good half a dozen rides itself in the time frame of about 1 hour. amazing ride!!
I've already booked a room for Dollywood's opening weekend. That will be the first coaster trip I take this year. Other than that, I have nothing planned exactly, but I have a few ideas I might try later in the year. I may try to make it to a few other parks in the midwest like SFStL, King's Island, and possibly some stuff in WI Dells. I have no idea where I'll end up this year; it all depends on if I'll be able to get the time off work when I want to or if I can sneak something in on a weekend. Of course I'll be at SFGAm a few times this year as well.
As for other road trips, my first trip of 2012 will be to Columbus, OH on February 18th when the Blackhawks finish their road trip against the Blue Jackets.
Going to Cedar Point the second week for the first time since 2004. Finally get to ride some of the new stuff and stuff that was out of service when I was there in High School. Other than that, there's the obvious 8-10 visits to SFGAM and possibly a WI Dells trip somewhere in there...oh yeah...and I'm cramming a wedding somewhere in there too
Confirmed Six Flags Great America Silver Dollar City Six Flags Over Texas Six Flags Fiesta Texas Sea World San Antonio Kemah Boardwalk
Possible Cedar Point Kennywood Kings Island Dollywood Carowinds Kings Dominion Busch Gardens Williamsburg Six Flags America Six Flags St. Louis Worlds Of Fun
^Since you have Kemah Boardwalk on your definite plans, you should also consider hitting the new Galveston Island Pleasure Pier. Its being built and is scheduled to open this May. A pretty nice collection of rides including a Guerstler Euro Fighter.
Electrician, though more often than not the past year with the economy I've been sitting at home not making anything. I generally put most of my money into savings when I do work though, then I'm good at planning and finding deals though. I can travel to Europe for about $1000 a week including airfare, park admissions, food, hotel and rental car/gas.

Stratosphere is fun. Insanity is a lot more intense than it looks. The New York, New York roller coaster is a lot of fun but hurts like hell. The harness system is funky. The Sahara is closed down so that coaster is a no go. Lastly Circus Circus has a few things but nothing that tickled my fancy.
I'm sure we'll check out the Stratasphere. I was on the top back in 03. Only the Big Shot and coaster were there back then. Glad I didn't spend any money riding the NY, NY coaster if it hurts that bad. I thought about it, but I didn't want to pay that much for one ride. I was at the Sahara for lunch, but don't even remember a coaster there. I didn't follow coasters at all on the internet back then, so I'm sure I didn't even know about it. I wished I had, speed looks like fun. A lot of stuff has closed since I was last there. I'll try to get to Circus Circus. Thanks.
^ I hate to burst your bubble, but Mount Olympus really isnt that great. Zeus is extremely rough. From what I have heard, over the past few years since I have been there Hades has even become rather rough. I just dont take joy in getting my butt jammed up into my throat like most of the coasters there do.
As for my trips this summer....... I will be heading out to Cedar point sometime the second week of June on my way to the east coast. Staying overnight two nights and will most likely do a starlight ticket the first day, and spend the entire second day there. This will be my second time at the park and I am looking forward to it very much.
I will also be attending Great America probably more towards the end of the summer. Finances and school are probably only going to allow me to make it down there once this summer. But when I go, it will be an all out visit with flash passes. Hello extra X-flight time
There is also a possibility I will take a day trip to Noahs Ark. I only live about an hour from there.

havent been there before have to knock out those coasters sometime. Even if rough need to take a ride on them anyways. Plus taking the kids for the water parks will be fun in its own. Out of all honesty not to worried about it since it is mostly for the family for the week.
Heading to Dollywood for Wild Eagle's season pass preview day, along with opening day for the park. I've never been to the park, and it looks like great fun. Thunderhead and Tennessee Tornado, especially, look really fun.
Also heading to SFOG the same weekend. I don't know if Georgia Cyclone's new topper track will be ready by then, but Goliath and Mindbender are really, really good.
Since I'm not at that age where traveling to new places is really important, I love just revisiting the park. For whatever reason it still has that exciting feeling every time I ride a ride...even if I've already been on it...
Last Visit, American Eagle BACKWARDS 5 times in a row right before the park closed. I cannot WAIT to go back for Fright Fest!
New York New York coaster....one word. Ouch.....ride was fun but like you said about the restraint...idk what they did to it but that hurts. Im going to Vegas in April as well and won't be riding any of the rides at any of the hotels this time around.
