Cargo shorts or cargo pants are your friend.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

I'm guessing to listen to something while in line, especially if you're alone. I've never done it but, it's not a bad idea.

Cargo pants/shorts. Zipper pockets are a MUST. my friend lost his cell phone on Montu when it was in his velcro pocket so make sure you have zipper pockets.

If I'm wearing my pants that have zip pockets then I'm fine, but if I'm wearing the velcro ones then I usually hold onto the stuff too.

I've never had a problem with something coming out of my pockets which have no zippers or buttons. They are pretty deep though...

I ride with everything (which is just keys, a wallet, and a cell phone) except for the sports bottle. I leave it in the bins and trust that no one will steal it. I'm not going to worry about an $7.99 bottle and I figured I've already gotten my money's worth (original+5 refills=$12.94+tax) so if it gets stolen, I don't mind paying for another one. Although, the newer ones are not as wide as the old style :x )

I just put my cellphone in my pocket and the only other thing I carry is a wallet which also goes in a pocket.

The only 2 coasters in the park where I would hold onto anything is Iron Wolf and Superman.

Iron Wolf because since you are standing up and I usually wear loose fitting pants, I am afraid I will lose something.

Superman is a given. Any loose items are at greater risk of falling out.

Buy a clip for your cellphone and buy a clip for your keys.

I don't even have an Ipod. I have enough money and all but I spend that on my skating cloths.

Chitown I believe is older than all of us, and where did that question come from as I thought this thread was for Items on rollercoasters which I usually don't have.

I always wear cargo pants/shorts, or some type of pants that have zipper pockets. After the loss of my keys on closing day of 2003, I do not take chances anymore. Opening day this year my wallet slipped out of my back pocket on SUF, but I caught it in time.

The cargo pants come in handy if you have a camera or something of the sort.
Finally Coaster Season!!

I use my shorts or capris with the button pockets in the back. I have almost lost stuff without my button shorts or capris ( season pass, cupon book, twenty bucks), but i got it back. Everything just goes in my pockets.

No more souvineer cups for me, i've lost three already....lol.

He's the one on the right isn't he?

I know cheap shot, but I couldn't help it. I know I am fairly older than most of the kids on here, but I think Chi-town even has me beat by 5-10yrs.

As for items on a rollercoaster, I put every thing in two zipper pockets on my cargo shorts. The zipper pockets are hidden behind the regular pockets, so it even gives a little protection from some water rides. Best $5 shorts I've ever owned.
It's the most fun in the park when your laughing in the dark.
