SFOG Goliath Update

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

It looks like SFOG's Goliath construction is progressing very well.

On that coaster I noticed that there is a net on both sides of the track that goes all the way down to the bottom of the first drop. That must be there so when something falls of, it doesn't land on Georgia Scorcher.

Yeah it is 200 ft tall but it only has a 175 foot drop because it doesn't go all the way to the ground.

I was wondering what that was as well :?
The coaster looks good however...

um, 2 of those pictures didnt even look like goliath, isnt goliath a huge ORANGE coaster with alot of hills?? 2 of the pictures looked like somethign totally different

Yeah those pictures your talking about was Gorgia Scorcher. That is a coaster that is right underneath Goliath. You can see Goliath in the Backround.
