Six Flags IS NOT owned by Red Zone. No deal has been signed. I believe that this is the opportunity for shareholders to vote on whether they like this idea or not.

Red Zone did not purchase SFI!

This is in response to the record date for a vote that Red Zone requested <10 days ago. SFI had 10 days to set a date when requested to do so by Snyder. This is their response. It is expected that at this election three members of the board will be replaced by Snyder cronies, which is why he called the vote. He believes he has enough proxies to cause this change.

Nothings set in stone, his proxies may back out on him. This would cause no change. Either way SFI remains SFI. No purchase is taking place here. Red Zone is an investment vehicle, not a takeover vehicle. Snyder wants SFI to remain SFI, but under his control.

There is a difference between telling someone they may has misinterpreted something and just outright flaming them. And I'm not going to take sides on who was doing the flaming or who was on the other end of the flame. If the flaming doesn't stop I'm more than willing to ban people.
