Mt. Olympus park in Wisconsin Dells questions

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

I am thinking about getting up very early and taking the 3 to 3.5 hour drive to the Dells sometime this summer to get on Zeus, Cyclops, and of course Hades. I was just wondering how long the lines TEND to be on these coasters; is it a very crowded park for the most part? Also on the map it looks like there are some cart rides in the park. Are they additional fee attractions? And last of all, do you think it is worth it to make the drive up there? Hades looks amazing

When i went to Mt. Olympus in 2004, it wasnt crowded at all...all rides were a complete walk on, there were a bunch of empty seats to. BUT, since they put Mt. Olympus, Family Land, and Treasure Island together, im not sure how that would be...especially after the new additions(Hades).

Big Chief has always been a walk on for every ride. However, like sxflgshh14 already mentioned, with Big Chief now being a resort, it may be a short wait, but still nothing to drastic. :)

I was there a month ago and everything was a walk on. My longest wait was one train for the front row of Hades (and that was normally a walk on too) The park sells all day wristbands for 28 bucks online I believe. The carts were just as fun as the coasters, espicially if your there with a lot of friends. Races can get pretty rough though with a lot of spinouts, but thats half the fun. The park has 2 of the best wooden coasters I've ever been on with Cyclops and Hades but I don't know what happened to Zeus. It was boring and slow for me last time. It's definatly worth the 3.5 hour trip.

w00dland, are the go-carts additional charge rides?

Would you recommend Noah's Ark or Mt. Olympus?

Noah's Ark was cool for the first two hours, after that it got boring, we finished the whole park in 2.5 hours. Black Andaconda wasnt anything special either, it wasnt too good in my opinion. So I agree with Timmy, Mt. Olympus, just to ride Hades and try Cyclops back row, if you can since you have to be 18 to ride it.
