Any one else hear about this? 24,000 square foot indoor water park in Utica, Illinois. They must not be very creative because the name is very, very similar to the Great Bear Lodge. Grand and great are almost the same.

Yeah, I heard about it. I passed by it on our way to Starved Rock. Its not that far away from there. It looks nice. Kinda resembles The Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells. I haven't seen the water park though.

I live 15 minutes from it. My dad works there , so my family and I get in free. It has a wavepool, lazy river, 2 slides, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I got a tour of it. I cant wait till it opens on July 4th!

On the Grand Bear Lodge property, there are a whole bunch of villas and cabins that go on for miles past the lodge. Its like a city. And there is a miniature golf corse. I also got a tour of the property.

Inside the lodge, the lobby is awsome. Scince my dad is the head chef, i also got to see the kitchen(big deal). It is HUGE. The rooms are really nice.

You guys should really check it out.

To go to the water park, you have to stay in the lodge or live on the property.
