One person was hurt after he was struck by debris, following a shooting at the Six Flags America amusement park in Largo, Maryland. The shooting happened in the parking lot. Prince George's County police are investigating.
This type of stuff is happening more and more in neighborhoods across the country. This same shooting could have happened at Busch Gardens Williamsburg just as easily.
People get in minor fights and sometimes someone has a weapon on them and they get out of hand. This happened to a graduate at my school this year at a football game, because he was trying to break up a fight in a parking lot. All amusement parks and places with large parking lots and big crowds should have better security. I know that they can't search every car for guns, but they should have more towers, like sfgam and have everything enforced.
They've had them way before all of that. I think I went to SFSTL when their metal detectors were new and it took forever to get into the park. But that was way back in 1999 or 2000.

Well, Six Flags Africa may be alittle more shooting prone than most other parks
Though it is true and can happen anywhere, hell there have been stabbings at SFGAm.
