Yep, Turbulence, a frequent faller from Interactive Rides. Too bad, the company screwed Hershey out of a unique ride. :?

I think Hershey sued them for pricing it too high. I think they were asking for something like 5 million for a ride that isn't that good and wasn't that big either.

no....i dont think they sued for that reason...... i read somewhere that hershey sued interactive rides for not sending in enough parts at a given time that they were needed.... so then all plans were probably cancelled........

Interactive rides was sued by Hershey for Breach of contract.

the Contract said 6 cars, and a certain price, and due to "steel prices" Interactive would only provide 5 cars and raised the price by nearly a million dollars.

Last I heard the suit was still pending, but Hershey will bring back 2 defunct rides they had in storage to fill the land the Frequent Faller was to occupy.

However Interactive Rides did manage to sell a frequent faller to another park, which will likely be the one fabricated for Hershey.
