I guess theres not much we can do about it right now except hang on.. I know my visits to the parks will be a little less this year, but I still plan on going as much as I can get around to them.

The higher gas prices wont affect my plans at all, but may make my visit more enjoyable if they affect other people's plans and the parks arrent as busy!!
It is not the job of a corp. to push people into a different type of car or a car that uses less gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People will buy the type of car they want and the corp's should make that type of car so the customer is happy. It isnt the job of car comapnies to force a tree huggers agenda on the consumer!!

I know, but if a hydrogen powered car comes out next year instead of in 10 years, that's 9 years sooner that we'd have a hydrogen powered car. And, once it's been out for a few years, the cost will gradually go down (just look at something like DVD players or digital cameras).
I heard there are some hydrogen-powered cars already on the market. I heard of these cases in the state of California. Proof is I heard of a few hydrogen stations there. They're just not 'officially marketed' yet.
R.I.P. Splashwater Falls and Space Shuttle America. Deja Vu, enjoy Idaho.

I know you weren't referring to me with the term "tree hugger" because I am the furthest from it so get over yourself.
Yes, it is the job of the corporations to unveil other methods of fuel usage so the consumer has a variety of choices. Right now, these alternative vehicles aren't being marketed the way they should.
And by the way, we are talking about high fuel costs, not the fact that oil burning in the atmosphere causes pollution. Know what you are talking about before spouting off like you usually do.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
I'm confused, but this article claims of when the first hydro car will be on sale. I thought by watching an article on the local news months back they were already selling in the state of California, a state that desperately needs hydros!
