Six Flags.com has annouced a big annoucement for SFKK in 2005. "Watch for something that will blow you away" Also the site has announced its opening day 4/2/04. My guess would be additions to Hurricane Bay, but who knows.

Yeah, in the Six Flags Confrence Call, they mentioned new attractions to several parks including SFSTL and SFKK.
Also SFKK's website has a special annoucement for Jan of 2005.
My guess is an expansion to Hurricane Bay.
because of SFKK's close proximity to Louisville International Airport, dont expect to see a huge coaster or something like that. Like i said my guess is an expansion to Hurricane Bay.

And an expansion to SFKK's waterpark is definitely what they need. That waterpark is hurting for more attractions.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Good deal.
It's nice to see Six Flags pay some attention to the smaller parks every once and awhile.
Finally Coaster Season!!

My best guess is a Proslide Tornado. They've seem to be using that catchphrase whenever they are bulding one these days.

Maybe Hurricane Bay is being converted to a Hurricane Harbor and they will add more attractions. Just like they did to Six FLags New Englands water park.

Probably. That might be why the put "Blow you away" Get it? A tornado has high winds, which blow you away...

It's January now, so they should be giving out an announcement soon.
