I certainly am not. When I first looked at the image I thought "This funnel drops riders into the swimming pool? Dear, what if the raft lands upside down?". Then I made adjustments to my silly mind and realized that the funnel rather leads riders into the swimming pool, not drop them vertically.
While this looks unique for a design, it could get boring after you ride it a certain number of times. I watched the video and that described enough for me, except for the statistics. Other than the stunning design and the near upside-down experience, it's just another instrument to cool guests on a hot day. It ain't no Huss ride, but I understand that not everything needs to hold up to Huss standards.
R.I.P. Splashwater Falls and Space Shuttle America. Deja Vu, enjoy Idaho.
Hear ye, hear ye: "After 45 years, Six Flags has stopped smoking."
Is this like the Howling Tornado at Great Wolf? If so that looks awesome. We are going to Great Wolf on Super Bowl weekend and I can't wait to ride it!! It looks super scary!
My question is... would it not be cheaper to not top off the "funnel" Since you only make it ony so far up the side and not all the way around? They should have the tunnel tilted less so it would be more like the toilet bowl slide... but on crack...
