What Is It With Magic Mountain And Movies? There Are At Least Three Made There That I Know Of. National Lampoon's Vacation, Kiss (rock band) And The Phantom Of The Amusement Park, And Revolution,(Just Read About It On The Internet). Does Any One Know Of Others, Or Of Movies At Other Parks, I Know That Beverly Hills Cop III Was Made At Paramounts Great America.

It being located in California kinda makes them want to film it there since most movies are made in California less money they spend going else where.

There is an episode of Buffy: the Vampire slayer that has a scene at Magic Moutain. It's really cool, there's a big Fight scene with Psyclone and Deja Vu in the backround. The episode was toward the end of season six.

I remember seeing this movie on TV and like this guy was supposed to be the designer of Viper @ SFMM and they showed him riding it. I dont know what the movie was though. It probably came out when Viper was new.
