Ride Safety: Ride ops or rider responsibility?

It's both the ride op and the riders responsibility. The rider abides by the rule(s) and the ride op enforces the rule(s) to the rider.

I personally hate cases like this where it's hard to blame anyone for what happened.

I don’t know if anyone looked the KC Safety and Rules sign but it has a section in there about Rides Responsibility. Which I never seen on any other SFGAM safety Signs.

On all of the new rides, SF has a new style rules sign... while it doesn't fit the theme, it's much easier to read than the themed ride rules... you can find them on all the Mardi Gras rides, Revolution, and (for some odd reason) the Whirligig.
