I see in people signatures so many days till Ride Tracker 2004. Is this something on this site to keep count of your rides?
Waiting to fill this space with something stupid to say!

Good call, Iggy. I was going to ask the same question on the signature thing too.
Thanks.

I never heard of it. It's probably something just one person does. Has nothing to do with the site.

All it is, is some people like to count all of their rides they had on each ride.

klye no offense but its kind of pathetic how accurate you have to be with the way you keep track of things.

Can this site possibly add something like a Track Record where members can look at other members track records? That would be something cool to add.

Ride Tracker is my signature, in which i record my rides after my visits, just like a tally something i like to compare, i dont write it down in a notebook or something, thats plain stupid, i remember what i rode on and then tally it up later.

Well theres your explanation about the Ride Tracker. Also a Track Record feature may eventually be added to this site, it's one of the things I have wanted to do but haven't had much time to try.

Ah ridetracker, I did the same thing last year in my signature too. I just didn't have a name for it. Some kid did it on GAdv, that's where I got the idea.

I hate to start new topics if it's already been talked about, so...
I just started keeping my Great America coaster count on Excel. It has the dates as columns, and the coasters as rows. It totals by coaster and date, then shows a grand ride total. I'm planning on getting more detailed in future years, like number of inversions and how much track length I've ridden. Maybe link to trip reports is another idea. Haha I have too much time on my hands.

There is a Ride Tracker on sfgamnews.com. It's under construction but should re-open before May is over.
