EBITDA did very well for 2013, plus it sounds like the majority of the profit differential came from one-off revenues that hit Q4 of 2012. Stock went up and investors seemed happy.

I think the big news in this article is the fact that the last two paragraphs are still about the New Texas Giant accident. That's going to continue having a direct effect on volume until the investigation is concluded.
