I guess IB employees are complaining again this year about the poor treatment by the new owners. They took away the chairs, the coolers, and are treating their employees dirty again. They could really care less and they show it in their turnover rates. More turnover in their first year than the entire 83 year history that the spackman's owned the park. WOW, just WOW! It's to a point that I know several employees ready to quit because of poor pay, low hours, you can't bring food (they expect you to pay 9.00 for a meal there when you are only getting paid minimum wage), and continuous complaints about pay shortages on checks. If you even glance at the HR person you are doomed to be fired or not hired back. They should stick to running RV parks because they surely don't know how to operate an amusement park and retain it's employees. I hear park attendance hasn't gotten any better. They mention that it's free admission this year to get in, but then charge the 2.50 back onto the new wrist band prices. HA! So many customer complaints saying they will never come back and all you can do is tell them you are sorry or your true feelings.
I was there a few weeks ago, and from a customer standpoint, at least on the day I was there, the park was somewhat improved over last year, not hugely better, but somewhat better. Worth noting that with a card from any enthusiast organization you do get a half price wristband. Was like $13 which is a pretty good deal, but I do still hear a lot how they treat employees basically like crap. The coasters are running amazing though, Cornball and Hoosier are running smooth and fast, Hoosier has 2 trains again. Lost Coaster has 2 trains on the track and running with the 3'rd train which appears to be complete sitting behind the ride which is fine as the coaster will really never run more than 2 at a time.
Gathering from what I hear, and sources and specific info will remain on the down low, this may be the last year for the park's GM, the guy from Geauga. I don't think Morgan does to much for the park, they kinda leave it up to the GM, perhaps with a new guy (or girl) the park may be better off.

I don't think it sucks(from a rider standpoint), however it's running about the same as last year, maybe slightly rougher in the back seat of each car, and loading is still horribly inefficient if that answers your question.

Loading is still horrible for that ride. Customers were complaining last year because they were suppose to open the ride during the July 4th weekend, and then people came and it wasn't even open till like two weeks later. Then they would one day open the ride, the next day it would be closed. It was hit and miss for the customers who thought the ride would be open because it was advertised that it would be. This year the loading is still bad. The park is still decent on being clean (only because the park is dead during the week). There wasn't any upgrades worth mentioning.
