So looks like of years of poor maintenance finally paid off!
And surprisingly, it seems like the park did a decent job with the evacuation. I wonder how long the non-english speaking ride operators were sitting on the track in the station before they noticed something....5 mins?
At least they were smart enough to put in the roll backs..
http://themeparkcritic.com/scripts/profile/ViewProfile.asp?ViewID=2909 A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!
I agree though, Hades isn't rough but you can tell that they don't do any maintenance on the trains. Seat padding falling off, lap bar not connected properly (moves about 4 inches left and right), VERY ripped and tangled seat belts (I found 2 seat belts that didn't even click), cracked side paneling, missing steel plates, ect. I cant even imagine what condition the wheels were in. For a ride that is only 4 years old, they really let that ride go to hell.
While that would be terrible, I was referring to getting stuck at the top of that hill. I imagine that you wouldn't lose oxygen either, as it is open on both sides of the tunnel.
