Travel Plans in 2008

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.
Postby Timbersfan09 on March 5th, 2008, 5:33 pm
Hello Everyone,

New to the board here. I am a graduate student in downtown Chicago, but originally hail from the suburbs. I have been going to SFGAM every year since I was 4. It is nice to meet you all, and it will be fun to engage in conversation about our favorite park.

Ok, so, which amusement/theme parks does everyone plan on going to this summer?

Mine are:

IB- Early May, for getting some Steel Hawg, and Cornball action!
Valleyfair
Nickelodian Universe- MN short vacation in August.
SFGAM- 2-3X

Unfortuneately, this will be all, as I have grad. school year round.
:)

I'm not going to Cedar Point for at least 25+ Years because my Dad says "The year I go to Cedar Point is the last Park I go to."

The year I go to Cedar Point is the Day

Six Flags is 5.5 Billion dollars above debt
The American Dollar is stronger than the Euro
A Rob Schneider movie is good
When gas is only .25 a gallon
When We Find Jimmy Hoffa
Saturday Night Live Season 25 is on DVD
When we leave Iraq

So much on getting to 200 posts without getting critizied. It is posts exactly like these that make some people on this board rip on you.

Now I dont have any problem with about 95% of the thing you say on this forum, in fact alot of it is thought provoking and insiteful, However a post about what your mommy and daddy think you should do when your a grown adult, makes it difficult for some people to not flame you.

A simple suggestion from a person who was once like you on these boards. All, you have to do is a search on my first say 500 posts to get a sense of what I am talking about.
