What are some unknown parks or coasters that nobody really knows or talks about. I think one of the most unkown park that looks awesome is Fuji Q-Highland. They have a 250 ft 4D coaster, a air powered coaster, and a 260 ft hyper coaster!

even though its in japan

Eejanaika looks pretty damn cool, as well as Dodonpa. Fujiyama I'm not sure about. It really seems to crawl at some points. Plus, it's TOGO. Ew. I definitely think the park would be worth a visit, though.

One unknown great is Adventureland near Des Moines, Iowa. It has 4 coasters; 3 wooden and 1 steel.
Dragon, the park's steel coaster, is 90 feet tall and has two loops.

Tornado, the park's tallest and oldest coaster, is 93 feet tall and has a top speed of 58 mph.

Outlaw, the park's third tallest coaster, is approximately 70 feet tall and has a top speed of around 60 mph.

Underground, the park's newest coaster, is only 13 feet tall but is completely enclosed.

The park has two defunct coasters; Der Flitzer & Super Screamer; both steel.
Der Flitzer was removed in 1990 to make way for a 100' tall ferris wheel. It is now located at Freizeitpark Plohn in Germany.

Super Screamer was removed in 1999 to be relocated to Pharoh's Lost Kingdom in California.

The park also features a River Rapids ride, an inverter swinging ship, and a 200-foot tall launch tower. Adventureland is in Altoona, Iowa and is a 5 hour 30 minute drive from Great America.
Hope this information is useful

I always thought Superman/Hellevator was one of the best towers I have ever been on, and was a hidden treasure, but things happen.

A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

I've been to Adventureland a few times, although not since 2000. While Tornado is easily the best, they're all rough coasters. There's lots of flats, if you enjoy those. There's good kids rides also. When I last went, I didn't have the best day because it was super hot and humid. I'd like to go back again and get on more rides. I think the best thing about the park is the sky ride, as it seems it's kind of hard to find them anymore.

Yes I have. It is a good park to go to, but it's not on the same scale as GAm.
It's not a chain like Six Flags, and it is a smaller park than GAm. As Molly's Momma said, there are a lot of flats, but the coasters that they have are good ones. If you're ever looking for a good day trip (or two for that matter,) you should try Adventureland.

Here's the link for their website. NOTE: Take in mind that the rides on the website are the FEATURED rides & not their only rides.

To sum it up, Adventureland is like a GAm that would only have a Demon, 2 Vipers and a Spacely's that is Wooden and underground with the rest of the rides as flats.

I talk about FujiQ all the time...I think Eejanaika and dodonpa look incredible. If I ever visit Japan thats my first mark  haha. The way Dodonpa is set up over and around the park, I think itd make a great add in to our park. Just the way Hershey put in Stormrunner. Its a good use of land in a way.
