So was time for me and my family to go to the Wisconsin State Fair on the 7th of August. We had already prepaid for the admission of the mega pass to ride all day for $15.00, and it costed $4.00 to get in. After looking at the food side of the fair, it was time for the rides.
The first problem that I had encountered was the Spin Out not working. This was sad, but it eventually opened in less than an hour or so. This was great news. So, my first ride was the Tivoli Orbiter. This is an older ride, and I would venture a guess that it's at least 25 years old. It was quite slow, and it doesn't tilt that good. The best version of this ride is the 1994 Predator that is at Windy City.
From the time I went before (maybe three years ago), there was a new ride called the Shocker. This was pretty entertaining even though I still think that the Power Surge is the better version of the two. This ride is bulky, but it added another great ride to the bunch. They had gotten rid of the Pharoah's Fury for this, and it's a great trade. I did this around 5 times during the day, and night.
Next, was the Freak Out. It is basically a claw ride that goes back and forth high up. This line was freak in long. It took about two cycles because of the 16 passengers on it. I did this twice, and went back to Shocker. The whole day, I did this 3 times or so. Finally, the prize has opened by the name of Spin Out.
Spin Out is completely and utterly unbelievable. During the whole day and night, I did 40 on this ride. It goes upside five times each which are really intense than any roller coaster (Yes, it's more intense than the Pretzel loop.). It's another claw ride that spins 360, and the claw goes completely upside down. The claw spins, and the table it's on also spins.
Another good ride is the Zyklon roller coaster. It only has 4 people per car, and it has two great drops with quite a bit of turning. They even have a camera on the first drop (like Superman). It's a really good ride, and I got on it three times. Six Flags should get something like this, but increase the drops, have more drops, make the ride longer, and make the cars bigger to hold more people. Maybe each car should hold 4 people instead of 4. Every ride at Six Flags doesn't need to be a Batman 10 million coaster.
I also did the Fabbri Drop Zone. This is like Giant Drop, but shorter. I do like the ARM Super Shot better though (Windy City has). What's cool is the fact that it has chain that goes up the tower. Why didn't they think of this on Deja Vu??? I did this once. The Hurricane was another fun ride better then the Downdraft also. The Zipper was short however, and I barely went upside down at all.
I really had a great time at this fair, and I can't wait to go back there.

http://themeparkcritic.com/scripts/profile/ViewProfile.asp?ViewID=2909 A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

Shocker was new this year, and its good stuff, I sat on the end each time and it really gave the whole "Deja Vu" feeling like you were falling out of your seat yet the restraint was there to hold you in type feeling, good stuff. I still like Freak Out more than Maxair because it gives better forces since you are inside the circle, not outside.

^I thought it was new last year. I didn't go last year. Was the Spin Out working the whole time? After it got fixed, it worked the whole time except one time it stopped in mid air. I think it broke a fuse.
