Eejanaika awarded with most inversions record.

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

Eejanaika, the new 4D in Japan has been placed in the Guiness Book of World Records as having most inversions at a total of 14.

Now this is counting the flips mind you. Would this make X the coaster with the most inversions before Eejanaika came around?

An image of the award is currently posted to the ride’s website. After the opening animation is done, click on the second silver tab at the top to see it. >>>

I've never been on X, but how many times does it actually go upside down? I'm assuming it's less than 10, but I don't know.

Side note.... It's opening on my B-day!!!! Maybe I should take a trip

A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

I think it's kind of stupid that they count the flips that the vehicle makes as inversions. I mean, it makes sense, but if your counting that, then me riding the Zipper should be in the book of records for inversions as well. 8)

Wow. That sounds intense to me.

*Mom, can I go to Japan instead of Cedar Point this year?*

No, no, no my friend.

Get the right carni, and you have the most inversions on a Ring of Fire.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

All I gotta say is, I really never want to learn another language so I could visit some park... but this ride's got me thinking twice about it.

DOes a 100 inversion Kamikaze ride count for anything?

Not exactly what I would call the right carny though, though it wasnt a carnival, it was at Scandia FEC in CA. After like the 5'th flip, it just gets boring.

Rock-O, I have done 100 flips, over at Arnolds Park, that was nauseating though as I had it going at a good clip while the other cages were being loaded.
