Is the Dungeon Drop going into the Looney Tunes area?

Can't wait until I go there in 2006. Possibly in April or in the middle of summer. Hopefully the drop ride is good.

Nice to see St. Louis get a new ride. Dungeon Drop should be good for it. But I won't go down there because we have a Giant Drop.

Last I heard the Looney Tunes Town was to be moved to the rear of the park near the ampitheatre, but that may have changed by now.

Word on the street about Dungeon Drop is that the ride is notorious for its long periods of downtime when it was at SFAW.

With that said, hopefully the reconstruction at SFSTL will correct any problems that where happening with the ride.

SFStL (well Vekoma technically) did get the Giant Evolution up and running fairly well vs. the months of solid downtime at SFGAdv.

They gutted the original control system and re wrote the program. Even after that there was a distinct hurl factor through the first season until they got the bugs worked out. The first thing you learned that season was not to use the bathrooms near friar tucks / thunder river. They even had a t-shirt that showed a guy hurling into a trash can with the Xcaliber logo at the top.

^Wow. Anyone know what Xcalibur's ride experience is like? I want to try and get to SFStl this year for the first time, and that is one of the rides I haven't heard much about.
Finally Coaster Season!!

^ Think of it almost like Orbit only 65 feet in the air. The ride in my opinion sucks.

The ride wasn't all that great, I liked the view, but it also made me just a little sick.

I was surprised because rides never make me sick unless I eat right before going on a spinny ride or numerous ones. I think it was just the G-forces, and if it would have changed direction then I wouldn't have felt sick. It was only for a few minutes anyway so not too bad.

I like the ride, though it's unfortunate it's running at a reduced speed. I look forwards to riding Imperator(Giant Evolution #2) in Stuttgart in a few months, at full speed and full cycle. Though I admit I enjoy fast spinning rides and I have the iron stomach.

I agree! I really thought that I was going to lose my breakfast

I have never felt that queasy getting off a ride in my life. I had to sit down after I got off. I solved my problem though.... I just don't go on. I have actually let my fiance go on it alone because I refuse to go on now

I can eat anything before a ride and be fine. The only ride currently i cant go on for some reason is East River Crawler. I get very sick on it.
