Wow, amusement parks are changing left and right this offseason. SF New Orleans flooded, Astroworld gone, new Six Flags board, and now no snoopy.

Good thing that name is only temporary.
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter :(

fist mr. six and now this what the heck are they trying to do get rid of all the mascots. yeah theres being alot of changes to amusement parks by the way i herd of mall of america but never been there whats it like and where is it.

I'd assume the park would be renamed Galaxyland, as MOA is owned by the same people as Edmonton Mall, unless they get a really kickass deal on some other semi-popular mascot.

Snoopy is at all Cedar Fair parks still.

Cedar Fair does not manage Camp Snoopy in MOA anymore so the name could not stay, since Cedar Fair now ownes the rights to the name.

i can guarintee yeah ik i butcherd that word but i guarintee that its going to have to do something with the minnesota vikings because they have already named the ferris wheel the vikings victory wheel i saw that christmas eve when me and my family went kinda nice actually NO ONE WAS THERE hehehe no lines for rides :lol:

that'd be awesome to have Family Guy as the mascots. Make it something like the Quahog park.

Man, this is going to be a huge project to remove everything associated with the Peanuts characters in that park as a good majority of it is themed to the Peanuts.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
