How do you feel about this new ride at WDW Epcot, or Disneyland California?

I seriously can't figure out what makes this ride so wonderful. Thankfully, we had gotten a fastpass thing for this ride, or the line would have been maybe 2 hours for it. It's like the Pictorium on a smaller screen with smells such as oranges dangling the air.

I thought it was ok, but not better than Test Track. It is kinda cool though how the ride system works and stuff like that. Its worth riding at least once.

I think it is kind of dumb that you take a trip through California while in Florida. :? Otherwise, I have heard good things until now.

It made sense at DCA, seeing as at the end (may not be in the EPCOT version), but you end the ride crashing though the top of the ride's building.

I like it alot, it's different and fun.

Yeah, it does. Why not get people to go try out Disneyland too? To me that line looked longer than 85 minutes. To me, it's not even worth a 15 minute wait.

i didn't get to ride it, but i think almost every ride is worth riding at lease once. I heard it opened just a week or so after I left. That sucked.

I thought that Soarin' was well worth the wait. The technology used is amazing, and being able to smell oranges and pine trees was a great addition. I also liked Mickey's Philharmagic. In some ways it was better than Soarin'

Seeing that the ride has recieved a 95% satisfaction rating just a few other folks must like it was well.

Guess I need more than just a steel track.

Soarin' is at Disney for the Anniversary. I don't think its a permanent thing. Correct me if I'm wrong.

^It has to be permanent. It is an enormous and expensive attraction and it is still there this year. If it isn't, I would be quite shocked.

Soarin' is indeed a permanent addition, but keep in mind it does not include "over California" in the ride name like its counterpart on the West Coast.

The ride was built to keep updating in mind. It isn't all that difficult to change it, all you really need is a new film.

So that what they are doing. A new film every few years or so. Keeps the attraction fresh and new.

Cinderellabration also ends with the Happiest Celebration on Earth/50th Anniversary of Disneyland Celebration

The Motors, Action! Stunt Show was also added to the Disney Studios as part of the Happiest Celebration on Earth, as will be Expedition: Everest.

So Soarin', Everest and Motors are permanent attractions, and Lucky (already gone) and Cinderellabration are temporary.
