Official Gas Prices thread

Prices are going up for the weekend. Same thing happened last week, they went up for the weekend then plunged back down.

Gas was only 3.50 in Minnesota a couple days ago. But thats what happens when you have no taxes.

$4.39 for Diesel now. Things seem to be getting back to normal as Diesel is suppose to be cheaper than gasoline soon like it always was.

3.91 in Bolingbrook, $4.27 for Diesel. If your car takes E-85, that's 3.39 in Orland Park.

$40 to fill with Amoco Ultimate last week. Regular as of tonight is about $4.20-something. It's all going back up. :(

Was $3.95 Friday morning by my job, then by lunch it went to $4.15 then by lunch yesterday it shot up to $4.35. Could we see $5. (sarcasm)

Diesel is now cheaper than gas. Glad I got rid of my gasser.

Many gas stations around here are now either around or below the $3.50 mark. Gurnee's Speedway is below the $3.30 mark.

$25 to do half a tank today with Premium.

I've seen a few places here in Kenosha this evening that were at $2.97 a gallon! The place about a block from where I live was at this price.

I may be off by a few cents (might have been $2.98 or $2.96), but it was UNDER $3.00. A few places were still just over $3....and there was a few that apparently "did not get the memo" as they were still up around $3.24.

I think OPEC is having a emergancy meeting next month to cut oil production to jack up the price again.

$2.99 at the Jewel Express in Oswego.
