Long story short, I had no one to go with to the park on opening day (never been there right as the gates open.) I was planning on going by myself but I really couldn't justify that. I asked everyone in my A list, my B list, my C list, my "Are we still on talking terms? Good, want to go to Six Flags?" list and only 1 person out of 60 could go with me on opening day (one person offered to go with me this friday, even though in the original text I said "Six flags opening day 10am this saturday, who is in?").

Anyways she was online and was stoked about going and I said "oh yeah? this will really get you in the mood" and sent her the mp3 of "maybe a great day is just what you need this year" (the full 3 min version). She promptly responded with that killed my whole mood.

I could not believe my eyes, she actually said that song was bad and it killed her six flags mood? (dramatic irony anyone?). So then, I went on getting her hyped about the rides and said that the Demon is the only roller coaster in our park with a true theme song. She said that "That coaster doesn't deserve it."

I... HIT... THE... FLOOR

So I sent her the abridged Demon song and had the nerve to say it sucks and how she hates the Demon and how it isn't thrilling and that the theme song sounds like "a circus gone bad". This is after I explained the difference between TotC and how arrow revolutionized the roller coaster market.

So then, I said to her, "If you're going to be so mean to me and start bashing everything, maybe us going on opening day is a mistake". We still ain't talking.

Demon sucks. HE MADE ME CRY YESTERDAY! You have no idea, I am so mad at him for what he did to me. He ABUSED ME!!!

But I still think that coaster deserves that amazing song. Umm, it fits perfectly actually.
