Horrible, I've gotten two text books from them I had them both overnighted. The first one was lost, I called Amazon they said they would send me a replacement package and refund my shipping. Shipping was refunded but replacement package was never sent. Almost caused me to fail a class.

Second time, I paid for overnight and they shipped it ground..

Never will I use amazon for online shopping again.

Also, if you buy from the 'new and used' section, they give their sellers 30 DAYS to ship..

But yeah, they are probably trustworthy and wont steal your information or anything like that.

Amazon is a giant corporation, it's just like ordering something from a magazine or something. If they weren't trustworthy, they wouldn't still be in business.
Captain, don't shake the passengers up too much this time!
Just giving them their money's worth!

Don't shop from the scamazon!

On black Friday, they offered two sweet deals on two different Logitech products. They canceled most peoples orders on those items 8 to 10 days after the orders had been placed, even after telling people they would be shipping soon. They blamed this on a "pricing error," which is bull crap.

I've also had them do this to me on two or three other occasions during the prior year or two. So, from now on, I avoid amazon, and recommend everyone else does as well.
