Wow today when someone said they were coming out with the new iPods today I said I bet one's going to be an iPhone but without the phone (word for word) that's pretty sweet. But how pricey is it?
Also I pretty much just got an iPod video for $250 but it only has 8 gb and now this iPod classic which is pretty much the same thing is going for the same price but with 160 gb. Damn I got screwed over.
new news on touch...soon you will be able to download the songs playing when u are in a Starbucks. Starting in October a new button on the touch will light up whenever you are close enough to download the song playing in the starbucks
I don't like the new Nano. The screen looks so small, and people were complain about how small the 5G iPod's screen was when it first came out, so I'd imagine people are gonna really whine about this one. It's kinda ugly looking too.
The Touch is a nice idea but definitely needs more space. I have no comment on the "Classic". It's the same old iPod with a new body, more battery life, and more than enough room for whatever crap goes on it.
Screw Starbucks, all I'm gonna say about that.
I still love my 30GB iPod and currently don't plan on replacing it any time soon.
I'm still rockin my 6GB 1st generation mini from years and years ago.
If I had a spare 250 I'd definitely think about the iPod classic. 160 gig is a fantastic deal. Although I think I could only take up about half of it with the media I currently have on my computer. But I'm sure I'd end up ripping some of my movies.

It doesn't have a lot of space because it's flash memory its a lot more reliable than a hard drive and plus where have you ever seen a 8mm hard drive?
Im keeping my iPod video and getting the touch also so I can max out my video with movies and use my touch for music.
Yesterday I was in the new Apple store in the mall, and tried out the new ipod nano. I could not for the life of me figure out how to play a damn video. I clicked on a music video, but the video doesn't show up. It just plays the song. The nano looks really ugly too. I don't like the colors, I like the ol' 2G nano, my pink one. It's definitely sort of a different shape now too.
