Uploading Files

A Off-Topic forum to discuss things that aren't related to the Amusement Park Industry.

does anyone know any good upload file sharing websites. i know there is rapidshare and megaupload but they delete your content after 30 days of not being downloaded. i wanna upload any length videos to a website where people can download them and they stay up there forever. please help me find one.

Putfile sucks ass. They delete your stuff after a few days of nobody watching your videos.

It's easy to get a directors account. You don't need to be anyone special. Even if your already signed up you can switch to a Director account.

It depends if you want it to stream or be able to download.

Streaming is for YouTube, and Google Video.

but...

if you want people to actually download it?
Try FileLodge.

Last I heard it was down, but give it a shot.

Otherwise just google some hosting sites, and theres usually some good free ones mixed in there.

Just curious. If the two first sites you mention allow downloads but no-one is downloading your content after 30 days, why do you even care if it can be downloaded?

If anything, upload your files to google or youtube, see what the reaction is to it, then post a message saying to go to the first two sites to download them.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
