In case you haven't figured it out yet, I tend to find myself seeing many concerts and sporting events (it's the job of a teenager!) and I had a question for anyone who has used Chicago Public Transportation or lives in/near Rosemont. The blue line stop in Rosemont, how close is that to the Allstate Arena? I have seen maps and stuff, but they can always be misleading and hard to judge, is it a reasonable distance away or close enough to use for Wolves games and concerts without much walking? Thanks in advanced for any replies!

The Blue line stop in Rosemont is about one mile or so from Rosemont Theater to the South and about eh, ill say another 2 to 3 miles or so from Allstate to the Northwest.

In other words River Road is the location of the Rosemont Station.
A quick mile or so walk down south on River will put you right near Rosemont Theater.

Walk north a few blocks to Manhiem Road and turn Left and youll be approximately 2 miles away from Allstate.

^I don't really know yet, but i was beggin my girlfriend for MCR tickets, despite the fact that i just saw them in October at their private concert. I was also tempted to get Nickelback tickets. I don't know, I guess it's just for future reference. :)

^You can, they are just the half view tickets that are partially behind the stage. Still not too bad of a view though...

If you can get tickets directly parallel with the stage...or slightly infront of it, and they are uptop. Those are really good for seeing a concert.

^You're darn right! That's where our seats were for the Green Day and Jimmy Eat World concert! I just got seats for MCR last night...second time seeing them since black parade so it'll be interesting to see how they do with the "big show" atmosphere! So, thanks for the advanced warning about the subway, i'll just drive up there!

Youd walk a few miles. You could also get a cab for about $5.00

^Holy crap.
I was so at the Greenday concert back in the years.
Like two years ago.

We're you on the left or right side of the stage?

^We were in section 203 which is above the stage on the Left side (if looking towards the stage).

On Thursday's MCR show, we were in 211 which was a section or two over from the stage on the right.

Great show, Green Day played, wasn't it?! :)
