Mine are REALLY pissing me off. Anytime I move the cord, the sound cuts in and out. I was thinking about buying some wireless headphones, anyone own any?
Wireless headphones are a joke in my opinion. In order to get good wireless headphones, your going to have to shell out the big $$$. Furthermore, you can't bring the headphones with you.
If you do get headphones, get quality 900mhz or 2.4 ghz wireless headphones not IR. IR headphones are limited as they must remain in sight of the base station. Furthermore, they are prone to interferance from remote controll or other IR devices. 800/2.4 wireless headphones are a much better choice. They can go through walls and don't need to stay in sight of the base station. However they can recieve eletrical interferance from sorrounding devices.
Wireless headphones also have heavy battery packs inside the ears which can add kneck strains. In today's day and age with the current MP3 player boom you can get some quality cheep headphones.
Myself, I have a pair of Sony v700dj (149.99) and my iPod earbuds. My sony's are amazing but too big for your pocket. I use my earbuds for my iPod and my Sony's for music listning in my room.
Edit: If your getting sound to cut off when you move the cord, your headphones might be broken or your soundjack might be broken. Try plugging your headphones into another device to make sure it's your headphones and not your Soundcard (if your using a computer) or sound jack.

The ones I have been looking at are 900mhz. These are the ones im considering:
I will be mainly plugging them into my computer to listen to music, thats mainly it. The price is steep but the thought of being able to walk around my house with just headphones on listening to music sounds soooo good.
My sony DJ headphones are just normal headphones, but are just expensive. They have swivel ear cups, oxygen free cord, rare magnets, and a very good frequency response.
"There should be a B.O. squad that patrols the city like a "Smell Gestapo". To sniff 'em out, strip 'em down, and wash them with a big, soapy brush..."
"Why is nice bad? What kind of a sick society are we living in when nice is bad?"
Break Easily? Hmm, I've slept with them on, they survived a rough trip to florida, to and from college, I've used them in the snow, I'm always swiveling the earcups, and they survuved numerous falls from my top bunk onto a hard tile floor.
And they still work.
Now, In my opinion, those are probably less sturdy headphones, as the 700's are made for DJing and hard rough use. Perhaps the people who have broken theirs are DJ's and travel from place to place with some rough jobs and high headphone demands.
Just something to keep aware of.
I'm not trying to say that your choice is wrong, but I tried those and I didn't like the feel of them to mine.
Bleh, noise canceling are WAY over rated. in my opinion they distort the music too much. After listning to music I'm able to tune out outside noise. My speakers form a good seal too.

Ill take your word for it since you were right about wireless
It's also my honest opinion that Bose is overpriced crap! I've had Bose speakers and they are not worth the money.
EaglesFan, I do notice cracks where the swivel cups are, I think thats when I overextended my headphones. They are hairline fractures and I wouldn't have noticed if I didnt look.
The headphones your getting sound great, I just listened to them (a guy on our floor has them).
I just ordered the Sony V6's, from what I read from all the reviews, they are amazing headphones and very well priced. They have been making them since the 80's, so they must be really good. They cost me $78 with shipping.
