Fund Raising

Does anyone have ideas for fund raising, I am going to be a student ambassador for people to people, and go to the United Kingdom/Ireland for 20 days, and I only have $500.00, and I need $5199.00. Please help.

No offense but a second job then. Really, it would be more efficient and you'd make more working a job (whether it be at a company or just mowing lawns) than trying to sell something door-to-door, especially if you're not part of an organization and have nothing to sell to begin with (i.e. the Boy Scouts sell popcorn, Girl Scouts sell cookies, etc.).

Well I have no idea how much you bring home a month from your job, but you have got 8 months to save roughly $650 a month. I would have to agree with twixmix, find a second job, or pray that it snows like a mother this winter, and go around shoveling snow.
Having a fundraiser would probably cost you some money. Money that you are trying to save.
