Both Delta and Northwest airlines filed for bankruptcy protection within minutes of eachother. That now makes 4 major airlines in Chapter 11 protection.
Main reason? HIGH FREAKIN FUEL COSTS!!!!!!!

I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
Well, Delta was bound to happen anyways. Delta has been going down

American Airlines & Continental Airlines seem to be the only 2 legacy carriers that are staying afloat.
