A glass of wine a day has actually been shown to lead to a healthy heart.
So 15 glasses means 15 times as good!

Wine actually is the only alcoholic beverage that I would even consider drinking. Beer on the other hand I hate it with a passion.

Usually if you're too tired, sleeping helps.

I hear ya.. I wake up at 4:45am Monday-Friday for work and on Saturday and Sundays I could NEVER sleep past 8am. Actually most of the time I would wake up at 7am on weekends but for the past two weekends I have been waking up at 11am on weekends and yet still tired during the week.
I don't know what is up with me!

my body has been waking me up at the same time i get up during the week...which sucks...although its nice to just roll over and force yourself to go to sleep. I hate it when it happens after I have been out til 4 am though. BOOOO!

That's how I am. No matter how much sleep I get whether it's 6-12 hours, I'm still tired.

It depends. I hate how I get tired half the time at like 9 PM. I'm not exactly a night person usually.
