wasn't there a hack for the 1.x version to get online? last night I heard about some pot to be awarded to whoever can get the DS online. there are several milestones and anyone can contribute to the pot. gotta love the open source community.

A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.

I haven't seen the psp browser, but I don't see how browsing the web on such a small screen (even though the psp screen is one of the largest handheld screens out there) can be satisfying. I think my 17" monitor is too small and looking to upgrade to a +20". maybe I'm just being a film major guy, though.

haha...you mean xbox 1.5? no, actually I think the 360 will be a good machine, but they really are rushing it to market. here's hoping for Lost Odyssey!

*sits on floor*
now, I'd like to introduce you to Velocity Girl...

I wonder how many people will actually get that joke.

Didn't some of those actually make it to market via Ebay?

There were only five games in development at that time right?

And another use for PSP - watching SW epIII while in line to watch the first screening of SW epIII.

both the DS and PSP can play games wirelessly in 2 modes. the first mode is like a LAN where you play with the people around you. however, if you're near an open wi-fi access point you can hop online and play games wirelessly over the internet.

So it's like a 902.11B/G Wireless card inside your PSP? You can pick up standard home wireless networks?
