What are you planning on doing? I'm almost positive that you have to be 16 to do rides (what else would a coaster enthusiast do besides rides?)

Cutting lawns pays A LOT better than most part time jobs for teenages out there. If you talk to all your friends parents and neighbors and start cuttin 10 or so lawns a week you will make well over $100 a week.

Wow, must be city thing or at least a north of I-80 thing.

13 is the age at which you can start detasselling corn and walking soybean fields (sometimes they will even take a 12 year old). These jobs run for two months or so in the summer and pay pretty good. If you have any farm fields nearby, talk to the farmers and see if they need help. If you have any family that lives downstate, that might be a better option.

Be warned though that these jobs are very demanding. You usually have to get up around 4:30 and out in the fields by 5:30-6. Usually you will work till noon or 1. Some places have commercial outfits that recruit kids from local schools. Try and avoid that if possible, instead talk to the farmers yourself.
It's the most fun in the park when your laughing in the dark.

If your 14 there still won't be many decent buisnesses that will hire you. You're best bet is looking into someplace like McDonalds or some other fast food place. But seriously if you just ride your bike around town and go into every place you can find sooner or later you will get a job. When your as young as you guys are you need to look locally for a job.

You most likely wont get anywhere without that workers permit.....Ask your School office about it. They should tell you everything you need to know.

Yeah, but almost garaunteed you wont be paid more than 6.50 an hour-Minimum wage. I'm not sure if that is bound into the laws about underage working or not.
