Lindsay Lohan heads to the slammer!

90 days in jail/ 90 in rehab. She must surrender by July 20th. She had 2 DUI's in one year and caught lying to authorities about her drug problem. She has repeatedly violated terms of her probation and now must pay the piper. Lindsay, who not that long ago spent just 84 minutes of her 24 hour arrest in jail, will most likely see little decrease in her sentence. The judge was not happy. Lindsay is not in good shape. Jail and rehab is all she has left. And JUST 6 years ago she was attacking Rachel McAdams in Mean Girls. And 5 years ago she had her last Disney Movie, Herbie: Fully Loaded.

Ehh, she will get the date of surrender pushed back to 2011 and serve maybe 30 days.
Dates of surrender are NEVER postponed more than a couple weeks, if ever. And that is in EXTREME and DIRE circumstances. And her track record and inability to get help in rehab before (Think she has been in rehab twice already), the judge will not take any chances. She will serve the majority, if not the full, 90 days. Her rehab stint could even be extended. She is a hot mess.

^Judge has zero stay on what a parole board can do. Officials have said almost all women with her record serve 25 days. And Lil' Wayne was able to delay jail by a month by waiting to have dental surgery at the last minute.
As much as she should be in a rehab for a few years, being rich is a work around.

For 2 DUI cases in ONE year, within 59 days of each other, caught lying to authorites about the cocaine found in her car AND just in May found to violate her probation when she knowingly consumed alcohol and missed her once weekly alcohol ed classes. She is not getting off easy.

I find it funny that she was in a disney movie only 5 years ago.

even when she was anorexic and Paris Hilton's BFF she still worked. Up until about 2007 when she did a few episodes of Ugly Betty. She has since had misses like Labor Pains (TV), I Know Who Killed Me *bomb*, Just My Luck *bomb*, Chapter 23 *bomb*, A Prairie Home Companion *indie film* and Georgia Rule *bomb*. I don't even think Herbie: Fully Loaded made 70 million in the U.S. That was when all people heard about Lohan was she did not eat and what drugs she did when. Her second album released around this time also flopped.

^It's hard for teen idols to realize they were nothing more than part of Disney's hype machine. Some, like Hillary Duff and Raven do great things and move on. Others, like Lohan and Darlene Gillespie of the original Mickey Mouse Club crash and burn. It's all in how people (and their parents) prepare the kids for their 15 minutes of fame to expire.
Outside of little work here and there I would classify Raven Symone and Hilary Duff as has beens now. But has beens that still have a good reputation. No scandals.

She may appeal now so she can avoid jail for 6-12 months. She will, however, most likely still serve some time. payback is a _ _ _ _ h Lindsay!

That was my point in they have been able to transition in life to better things. Raven does a ton of work with Make-a-Wish and does amazing things for them. Is she still or ever will be a star again? Not a chance but at least she is doing something productive with her life.
I ALWAYS thought That's So Raven was a Lizzie McGuire wannabe. Oh and Hilary and Lindsay had a big beef with each other over Aaron Carter (Not a has been but a never was) in 2002/2003.
