Tokyo can't get it because China just had it, that wouldn't be fair and Rio has to host the World Cup, they won't have the money to do both.

China and Japan are very different countries regardless of their close proximity on the globe.
I hope Rio gets it. Rio a great city even though the streets might be dangerous as hell, but whats life without some danger. Plus BRAZILLIAN CHICKS

Yeah I know they're different but they're in the same area of the globe.

I am so happy my city was the first one eliminated. the last thing we needed was some thing that size here. I mean if you walk down State street or the Magnificent mile or even ride the train any day of the week it is packed. now add hundreds more people from across the world. yes I know some people might be upset but honestly it was for the best and the Olympic comity knew it.

Rio deserved it. America has hosted the Summer/Winter Olympics 8 combined times. South America has never hosted anything. This is huge for Brazil and Rio, much bigger than it would have been if America received another Olympics.
