I took a shortcut out of SFGAm last night and drove by the Speedway. Regular was at $2.30. $24.00 to fill less than half the tank (w/Premium) the other night. It was at the BP in Libertyville, which was unusually high.

I saw a few gas stations today in Kenosha, WI that were at $1.99. One of them was at Woodman's (I-94 and Highway 50). --Brian

Considering inflation and the price of everything going up, seeing this topic 15 years later and gas prices being about the same....it actually make's it seem not that bad all things considered.

AGREED! Prices have remained relatively steady with fluctuations over time. Though ideally I wish gas was much less...I am satisfied to see prices are not all that different than 16 years ago.
