It's not about cutting out all the foods you love. It is about picking the RIGHT foods that don't have ingredients you can't pronounce and eating more organic. A good chocolate bar (plain chocolate) should have AT LEAST 70% real cocoa inside it. Eliminating preservative-loaded foods with artificial ingredients not only helps your body become healthier but get the stuff it really needs out of foods like wheat bread, salads and even things like rice & cereals. The more veggies you have on a sandwich the better. And butter is no good so follow Subway's techniques and don't butter your bread.

Idk What Im scared of. I guess anybody In my family dying is a terrible thing that could always happen in a freak accident, but I like to think thats very unlikely to happen.
