Sorry to tell you guys, but you're predictions of snow for Chicago area,
most likely is wrong. Most likely the subs will only get, maybe, an
Inch of snow. For Illinois, this is more of a Rain/Sleet event, than
a snow event.
Aero, I don't think you can really term this as a Major Winter Weather
Event. Last weekends snowfall in the NE was definatly a Major Winter
Event. This is just a minor thing. Nothing to get all worked up about
and worried.
The snow fall will be in Wisconsin. Madision is predicted to get
3-5 tonight, 5-9 tomorrow. Possibly anywhere from 6-14 inches for
them. Like I said, for the Chicago Area, less than an inch.

sry about that. Didn't see it. Not having a good night, so I'm not
seeing things clearly, LOL.
For me in Peoria (I miss Chicago) I'm only having Rain and possibly some
freezing rain tonight.

Doutbtful..I was woken up by wind from a thunderstorm..it was shaking the building and thus shaking my bed. I don't know what gusts were, but they were up there. It then proceded to hail and we got some good lighting...It then snowed a bit...
It looks really freaky out now! We are on the 4th floor and you can not even see the highway or any of the other buildings around because the fog is so thick.
I'm in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and the snow is flying, the wind is blowing, and it's very cold outside. They are forecasting 8-14" of snow for us by late tonight
Sorry for the double post, but I just checked the weather channel's doppler and there was a pretty small but intense looking t-storm, on kind of a diagonal line heading straight for me. I don't know how up to date it was though. All I know is, winds have picked up and Lighting and thunder are more intense.
I can't wait until Spring, when all the thunderstorms start up. I love when they are really intense. Pouring hard, high winds, hail, really loud thunder, lightning just nearby...
